and so we're headed into week 8.

was looking through the proposals. and momentarily forgot that hey.. now the sec fours are out of the picture. and that from now on guides will be run entirely by 'thomas'. its a different feeling.

so well.. its been an exciting week.

thurs: macritchie run. half the team (at least) + janice. never had we had so much talk while running. it was a good run altho i suspect we all have problematic running postures that results in different kinds of ailings when we run long. well, just gotta run more to find out whats wrong and correct it.

fri: 2.4km time trial. reality check. pe was floorball. goal keeping's gotta be the slackest job around. yup. but the really exciting thing happend after school. crashed a lecture and spent my time finishing bio work. was tired and wanted to go home but had a date with my friend so even tho we were both tired we headed down to marina square for dinner. haha.. im so glad we went! yup. ate dinner and waited for the other two to appear. it was kinda hilarious.

and then fireworks!

it was such a squeeze. super super packed and there were so many many people. and yah...

and then you hear the BOOM.
and then you see the lights.
blinding.
captivated and fascinated. and all around me, everyone was reduced to little kids who oohed and ahhed as the fireworks burst into the sky.

i absolutely love the golden showers (:

yup. waited awhile for the crowd to disperse.. then we made our way back. oh my gosh. those two are like super super crap. i dont understand how they can crap and gossip so much. no correction. they create and are the gossip itself. but still, it was hilarious and you dont have to think of what to say, just laugh and listen to their rubbish. haha. sy n i were amazed and exasperated by them.

sat: met boss on the mrt. but we werent the earliest. first time everyone wore the team shirt. (: run-canoe-run. another reality check. it was exciting and a gd experience. and muddy... we dint get lost getting there.. we merely took a longer time figuring how to get there. (: headed back to sdba for dragonboat. thx tim for the nice lunch (: mr goh's really pro. and well, it was informative and a good db session. saw how pro the other teams were... wow.

im beginning to like that place.

dinner at army market. browsed around the place. then rushed down to get my race pack. streets were crowded with ppl heading to watch fireworks. wanted to join them but there'll be hell to pay when i get back to well.. headed back home instead.

sun: think my shoulder's sunburnt. ): think i slept like 13 hrs? frm last nite until now.. at least. did a bit of work. and yup. its back to schl tmr.
