Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood,
And looked down one as far as I could

after every water trng with the hot sun my eyes and face will feel as if it was put too close to the fire. eyes sting a little. face feels warm.

canoe vice-cap. dint expect it. but since its been place on me, i'll accept it and do my best to live up to the expectations of the snrs and do what i've said i wanted to do. (:

aa was damn cool. i missed us all so much it hurts a little when i see them all so high and happy.

the chair feels like its tilting.

my head feels heavy. not headache but like theres water gotten in.

k2-ed today. first time ever was with javine, less then an hour. second time was with michelle. on that same day did with shawna. third time was today, with elisa.

what can i say. it was super frustrating at first cause we were stuck at the pontoon. we capped twice. got in, did about 3 strokes then capped. got in, did about 3 strokes and capped again. so jiao lian say take out one seat.

elisa took hers out. okay. we went in. this time was good. we did one round around the pond. did another round round the pond, went to the 250 mark and came back i think. yeah. then we decided to try n do with 2 seats!

so we went in. unstable, but good. we went out, moved towards the pond and were aiming to go towards the broadwalk when we capped. dint wanna move back to the pontoon so we went to the edge of the reservoir and tried valiantly to get it.

wasted super lot of time there because we couldnt get in! like once i get in, i tilt and we cap. like 2 or 3 times? it was horrible. then this nice woman came to help us. so we got in, both of us, we moved forward, and we capped! and this happened twice! so now we've capped like 4 or 5 times.

but after that it was good cause we manage to get in. BY OURSELVES and we did another like one or half round round the pontoon? then dunno why we capped again! wahaha. then this time it was quite bad cause while pushing off the rudder scrapped onto the concrete pontoon and i jumped off. lolx.

so 5th or 6th time.

anw, not sure what happened next xcept elisa n i decided to proceed forward and move beyond the pond! so we went to the 250 mark or was it 500? cant rmb anymore le. but anw, while we were out there, we capped! but thankfully peishan came to rescue us. she's pro lah. and i got rescued! i rmb my horrible xperience with poh...

haha. went back and jiao lian asked us to get out. so yeah we got out. then elisa went out with shawna for awhile. then i took over. shawna and i went out to 500 and we were going back when my paddle got stuck in the water and i capped! 6th or 7th time!

amazing...

yes. this time the scf person rescued us. he's damn pro and nice lah! haha. went back to the pontoon in a sinking boat. lolx. damn cool. elisa went down with shawna again and 6 of us, hannah, sumin, siau rui, jolene, xinmiao and i went for a 4 to 5 km run.

i hurridly did my sets and 'ran' off for pw.

yeah. damn tired now. shall go bathe.
